You aren't. The Master mode is in a non-functional state, and will be like that for, at least, a couple of months. The Itch.io debacle has really slowed down the development of the game, as the dev has gotten themselves a freelance job, giving them less time to work on the game.
Pretty sure the dice are the only sound effects in the game with the current build.
If you're talking about Sissy mode, go to the "Careers" tab and there should be an option to select a job there
Yes sorry that is what i meant, i had already chosen a career, but hadnt recieved any moeny andi kept getting fired, basically i fucked it from the start.
In sissy there is a chance to get fired every day... just try again in that case, the longer you have a job the higher you raise and the lower the chances to get fired
In the "master mode" you just need to find someone rich, put them in your dungeon, and do whatever the option is that says they'll give you all their money
Just get new contacts and get all their money in the dice game, then delte the contact and search for new ones next day.

I'd concuer that he always made low quality VNs... just when he started it was new and so it all had novellety value... than it became a classic which got remade... now adays it's just one wash with poorly executed prostitution
