What CPU do u have? U can try to enable "ultrafast ffmpeg" feature to make ur CPU load about 100%, also changing "ffmpeg speed" value from default 3 to 4 can speed up video compression a bit by some cost of quality. VP9 encoder always compresses kinda slow especially at weak CPU. Thats why for some game engines that support AV1 I prefer to compress to it but u need to have fast CPU/GPU for AV1 or it would be even slower than VP9 or even wouldn't work at all.

U can ask but I can't answer ur question since u didn't mentioned game name u wanna compress. Error has something to do with (auto) non-latin fix so u can try to disable it but probably then compression would be much less effective since some files with non-latin names would be skipped. Regarding error I can also suggest to check if ur AV not deleting it since those vbs file(s) is needed to revert renamed (when using enabled by default auto non-latin fix) files back.
It appears this can be accomplished by adding "renpy.maximum_framerate(30)" somewhere in one of the game's .rpy files.
I'll think about adding such feature to be able to encode videos to custom framerate for RenPy (other engines not worth since I don't know much non RenPy games that have such videos). Maybe it would need to add optional auto 60fps vids framerate detection for such cases when those feature would be implemented or u'll have manually to check each game for 60fps vids.
He wants to have it "out of box" in UAGC not in RenPy code since compressed to 30fps vids would be almost twice smaller comparing to compressed to 60fps and it would be to much work to edit compressed game code every time not to say that I think game performarce effect would be be less effective that way not to say that ancient RenPy engine versions could not have such command at all.

If dat game updated engine to latest ver then probably u need to try to enable "no res:// pck" feature since GD devs changed pck file structure in some recent updates.
Its a big exe only and has been a while since I tried it.
It's a 3D game so it has own images/models format/files thats why game compresses bad since there are just few webp images.
