the link itself works so you've either got an Adblocker or filter that's blocking the Captcha check or MEGA is banned on the IP address you're trying to access from.

it doesnt work on mixdrop and any sites that have been listed there, the only site that works is just mega

Can you clarify what you mean by "doesn't work"? I am able to access and download that one from mixdrop just fine.
