No actually you don't have to engage in any sexual stuff at all to beat the game.
It's kinda like Breath of the Wild, if you've played that. After a brief opening, you can travel to the village area, go to the Neon Mall and beat the final boss of the game. And it ends. There are 4 sub bosses, like 4 Divine Beasts in BOTW, you can beat to make the final boss a little easier. They can be found at construction sites.

Story is basically, women loses husband, moves to his hometown and into her in-laws home. Becomes Neighbourhood Association head. Soon you meet an evil rich guy who is planning to remodel the entire area for some big project. So woman decides she won't let her husband's hometown be destroyed and fights for it.

that was a better description then the one the game gave us.
the game took like 5 paragraphs to say your husband died and you moved in with your sister in law

I noticed there's a lot of word that not properly fit inside the text box. So I decided to modify the script inside the game file to slightly lower the font size to fit inside the text box instead having tedious work to modify every single line with a word wrapping.

This games deserves 5 stars.
It's a simple sim, with lots of things to do and lots of customization.
It's so good I can forgive how the MC is dimwit that keeps getting raped with no escalation.

But why? Why is she always shitting herself?
Get fkd in the ass, shit leaks..ok.. it's a danger I'm aware of
Eat crappy food, get sick and have to take a dump..alright.. it's a sim after all
Swim in the pool "oh I need to get out".. doesn't make it out, craps right there

Fucking..you even get diapers as a set of clothes..


Btw this is mostly a joke not really yucking your yum.. I'm actually enjoying the game
