Its a bit confusing since if you challenge Phia it won't ever let you unlock that scene.

so to do scene like suggested in a few post above don't challenge phia and just talk to zytra. If no new dialogue pops up with zytra then train a couple times to unlock dialouge. you must also search the facility , don't choose middle option when speaking to alice and say now when asked from gary.

talk to zytra right after the facilty search says you mnust talk to her to unlock deal with gary, refuse alix and phia then the what now option should appear
