Un-gibberish japanese text

Hello there!

I have a bunch of old archives with Japanese stuff that has a gibberish for Japanese letters. Back in the days I used to just run 7-Zip through applocale and extract those without any hassle. Unfortunately applocale doesn't work anymore, and I can't find a way to do the same thing with Locale Emulator (

I did try the Unicode Fixer (https://f95zone.to/threads/unicode-fixer-fix-gliberish-filenames.66970), and it didn't work in my case.

Extract them with Bandizip or WinRAR, they can be set to...

As much as I like 7Zip not always extracting Japanese is a issue, so I have Bandizip for when it can't.
