Perhaps it's too early for me to ask, but is there variety in breasts vis-à-vis their appearance or shape, and nipples as well, where the areolas aren't as puffy? I'm a perky B's enjoyer.
(I know I'm nitpicking here, but seriously, this looks amazing... I can foresee the endless potential in the Subway, Kevin's diner and many other places!)

And v41, v42, v43... It will be a "different" project, not another update. It will use a different versioning pattern, old saves won't work, a lot of stuff will change, and so on. Anyway, some time in 2025, but don't expect it to have as much content as UiTC once the first version gets released.

As for similar games. Intexcity and Pizza Hot, but the later went cold lately...
Hmm, I personally call it a 2D open-world RPG side-scroller, but I’m not sure if this type of game has its own genre label, like “soulslike”. I guess Insexsity was the first to start it? There was also Hot Coffee, which died as quickly as it appeared, and Pizza Hot, which got the "abandoned" tag on F95. So, I guess I’m the last one standing...?
Despite there being a lot of 2D side-scrollers set in cities (probably played most of them), they’re rather... totally different gameplay-wise & with male MC. So it’s like comparing Skyrim to any other open-world fantasy game.

Isnt it more like a more sophisticated point and click game? Kinda like leisure suit Larry, but with a female MC and more costumizability

I know about the ones you mentioned but haven't found any with a male PC. Are they actually side-scroller games where you have a job / explore a city?
Is this genre considered "Side Scroller" "Sandbox" "Life Sim" ? There doesn't seem to be anything.
(I wouldn't count ren'py games that are just point and click)
