UiTC was never about story or quests, as it focused more on free roam. The upcoming UiTC:R, however, will include a main storyline (centered around The City Mayor elections), a backstory storyline, and individual NPC quests.
Hopefully UiTC:R will have a Free Roam mode as well? That's one thing about this game that I find refreshing, no need to worry about story deadlines looming in the background.

And when u telled anyone that the remaster/remake or whatever it is will be needed to be buyed again? At least at steam i didnt see anything about it, maybe i missed it.

Oh and one thing, i was wrong on my earlier post where i said i buyed the game before the news of the new one yep :ROFLMAO: it was on January of this year when i buyed it, dont know why i was so sure it was before
You mean when did I say it was going to be free? Because I never did. You assumed that on your own. I mentioned multiple times throughout development that this would be a separate game, incompatible with old saves, and that I was working on setting up a new Steam page for it, and so on. It’s not like this was only mentioned for the first time on a pirate forum in April 2025, right?

If I were trying to hide it, you wouldn’t even be getting a response to your question, so let’s be fair here. Sure, I could’ve communicated some things better, but this is my first project. I’m a game dev, not a PR guy. And I could’ve done things the shady way to earn more money, but I didn’t, and the development process has been more transparent than the majority of games I’ve seen.

Also, Steam is pretty restrictive in what I’m allowed to do. That’s one of the reasons I have to release a second version of the game there. For example, they don’t allow me to include a Patreon logo in the main menu, I can’t mention upcoming discounts, I haven’t received the Steam Deck compatibility badge, I can’t launch the Steam page for the new version yet to help clear up confusion, and so on.

And while I really appreciate the support and purchase, the EX version is just a bonus and a way to support me further, and it’s not essential to enjoy the game. I wouldn’t say the game costs $18. It costs $6 and already offers a lot of content. I know some people expected 1000 hours of gameplay for a few bucks, but good luck getting that from a solo-developed open-world project.

Also, as a side note, it was announced last year that the game wouldn’t even have a v43 because it was considered finished, and yet, I’ve already announced v44 and v45 coming later this year. And no, I’m not increasing the price of the game.

Lastly, I will be offering a small discount for people who bought the original game on Steam, but I’m still figuring out how that system works. This is my first Steam release, so a lot of it is still new to me, and I can't give more details just yet.

And yet again - thanks for the support, even if I didn't meet your expectations.

Yes, UiTC:R will still keep its open-world and free-roam style, and the storylines won’t interfere with that. The main storyline will revolve around the upcoming elections, which take place in 100 days. You’re not required to participate, and you can ignore them entirely. The world itself doesn’t care much about Jane; she’s not a superhero destined to save the world, but just a girl moving to The City. While her actions can have a ripple effect, the elections will still happen, and the world will move on without her involvement. Naturally, completing or failing the storyline will have consequences, but there won’t be any game overs (unless specifically stated in a quest).

Im not trying to say that u mean or u should release it for free, what i was asking on the first post was if ppl who buyed the first game will get it as an update/upgrade or a game apart, the answer was clear as water.

And with this: " And when u telled anyone that the remaster/remake or whatever it is will be needed to be buyed again? At least at steam i didnt see anything about it, maybe i missed it. " I was curious coz i didnt see the answer at steam and as i said maybe i missed it.

Btw lets be fair the extra it's more a paywalled options that is not needed but after u played the game more than 1 time its something that makes ur life easy and the game less heavy, a support u extra should be Wallpapers, a special cg for supporters or whatever that can be a symbol of a thanks for supporting you, im not trying to harm or touch your balls with this, just saying my pov.

Oh and i didn't expect a 1000h or more game, for that i have Skyrim and the hell it is modding it, but it's always worth :ROFLMAO:

Anyways thanks for your time and the answers, have a good day :coffee:.

Demo coming in October during Steam Next Fest, with Early Access planned for December 2025 (if possible).

The game currently supports only English. There are plans to add translations in the future, but at the moment, the game doesn’t support localization.

Even though the idea of isometric view sounds and looks cool, I think it should be considered for your next game, because the scope of UITC2 is already massive as it is. Content and events always take precedence.

The groping looks amazing though, just as I envisioned. There were... Certainly too many NPCs running around on the screen which I'm hoping was just a visual glitch.:KEK:

The idea of thugs/criminals sounds cool, you can spot them from afar, they wear distinct clothing and usually in a group of 3-4. If Jane ventures too close, they catcall and whistle at her. Depending on her clothing, like she's doing exhibitionist stuff or it's raining and her clothes are sticking to her body, they can take it as an invitation and invite her to ‘stay’ for a few minutes. They surround her and touch every part of her body—Jane can always run away if she likes.

Once she's been groped by them one too many times, one/few/all of them can start following her if they spot her. If they catch up to her, they do more of the same that happens in the red light district... But if Jane is stupid enough to enter a back alley and get caught, it goes as far as a gangbang.

Well, switching to an isometric perspective doesn't necessarily mean significantly more work overall. I mean, I'll need to spend some time updating the code and existing locations, redesigning a few features, and so on, but we're talking days or weeks of work. The bulk of the workload will actually fall on the background artist. So, it shouldn't bottleneck development speed, but it will cost me extra money and likely require a second artist, since my current guy already has too many projects and doesn't have the time to redo all the existing locations in isometric. Also, keep in mind that some elements make more sense or are actually easier to implement in isometric view, like beaches, parks, sneaking, hiding, running away, etc.

As for NPCs running on the screen, do you mean random NPCs walking down Main Street or the ones who run away after groping? Streets will definitely be busier, but I'll let players control NPC density with a slider, just in case of performance issues or personal preference. For groping-related stuff, yeah, some NPCs will grope and run - that's intentional.

That's pretty much the idea. I'm still unsure about adding group groping events (probably more of a one-by-one thing as each NPC approaches), and there are currently no plans to implement soaked clothing :p

Since scenes are now kind of tied to Jane's and NPCs' Lust levels, I’m currently thinking of a system similar to Nightmare Knight, where filling the Lust gauge (which is easier with high Corruption) gives her the option to take the "fun" somewhere else.

Cheers!

And the important thing you need to do is fix the pregnancy(that I hate). It shouldn't be in the game's default, but whoever wants it should be able to choose it.Shit-eating or necrophilia and pregnancy should be chosen by the player, they shouldn't be in the game by default.

It can be disabled in UiTC via traits during character creation or by talking to the doctor at the hospital. In UiTC2, I'm making it more straightforward, so just an On/Off button during character creation.

UITC:R looks really nice, so risking sounding like an impatient prick here: why bother with this one? Wouldn't it be better to focus on the new/better one?
Good question. Now that the game is also on Steam, along with the upcoming one, and I’ve sold more copies than I anticipated, it’s helped me fund UiTC2 significantly. So, my conscience won’t let me just leave it as it is. While I don’t have the energy to handle 2 projects simultaneously, I at least want UiTC to be more polished and as bug-free as possible.

There are no plans to let players keep babies in any of my games, because I’m not a fan of including children in any form within adult content. It also wouldn’t make much sense since Jane doesn’t age, and programming it with all the freedom the game allows would be a nightmare.
Very simple yet very entertaining game, it would be much better with a good main storyline, much more places, and relationship development system. I can't wait for next game of the developer :)
Yeah, it would definitely be better with more content, but keep in mind this is mostly a solo project, and there’s only so much one person can do :p Anyway, UiTC2 will feature storylines, quests, and more locations, but it’ll take time (especially the latter). Cheers!
Will there be a new android version?
Yes. Also, both UiTC & UiTC2 support Android, but UiTC was made with an outdated version of Unity, so it won’t work on newer phones.

A developer answering my post very fast! I like it, I have already bought your game on steam and gonna buy the UiTC2 as well, keep up the good work <3
