If you are specifically looking for Japanese games then I hate to break it to ya but those are always censored unless they've been out a while or another company has done an official western release then it gets uncensored. If you just want 2d art featured games then go to latest updates filter by 2dcg and sort by most likes or views and see what piques your interest. There are some talented western underground devs just not sure if you are looking for something specific.
