Yes - there are way too many incest games, but no - there aren't so many uncle-niece games. In fact, I can only think of one: The Babysitter (good game, btw.)

There isn't a huge selection for someone just starting out making games, who would be on a budget. Daz3D assets can get very expensive.

I don't get why people don't use 0.xx for unfinished version numbers. I mean,come on, are you that proud of it ,that everything goes after 1.0 is "additional content" ? Otherwise,it's just confusing

Shouldn't this game receive an incest tag. I know that technically some countries allow cousin/cousin, aunt or uncle/niece (at least in the eyes of the law :coldsweat but I think this would classify. Haven't played the game so I'm just going of the comments and pictures.

I'm a software developer and 1.0 don't mean finished but stable build, first release could use the number if is a minimum viable game...
Them all other versions would be 1.x

2.0 is a remake or any drastic change

in porn video pseudo-industry of patreon and other VN games, V 1.0 mean a game development with HUUUUUUGE amount of content....
stable build is at beginning normally between 0.5 to 0.5.1 ... wich mean already getting around 10 up to 12 updates to fix stuff.

thats how it work here with those kind of games.

in a legit-normal real version like normal video game industries.. you rarely reach a V 0.000001 and go next with a 0.000002 by adding 2 minutes of content and call it a "episode" or something
