I just downloaded the game today and unzipped it. The other poster was correct that the filenames are a mishmash of upper and lowercase letters. Are you playing an older version? Perhaps the capitalization was changed between versions. I don't know if it's consistent past the first few pages.

I downloaded this a couple hours ago and started a new save. I had played this before but I never over-write any files with new versions, ever. It's all new , new folder everything. I didn't look into the code, because I'm not very good at that. Just downloaded the version 0.5 and played it fresh, the usual way with HTML games, for me......
No old code or nothing, all new
I was just wondering if you tried to use an older save or something, because sometimes that's where problems arise from....
(I never saw an old save anyway when I went to save with this new version... )
(I generally don't use old saves for HTML games, usually just start fresh every time, unless there's a Bugfix released for the same'ish version)

Well, just so ya know, I started getting errors now, played through more of Kendra's story, first started as a blowjob scene with Kira in the bar, then later with some of the files from Kendra's questline. So I won't bother playing through any more

Just tried it and there seems to be some capitilization issues in the filenames.
As an example: Riley/young.webp is called in the HTML file but the actual file name is Young.web. And that breaks it.
