okay, bro, listen bro. that is NOT what free use means even slightly. free use is like dropping her off on the street corner to be a free whore, fucked by all at no charge. radically different than what you are talking about, i highly recommend changing the language there, otherwise you will have the ntr haters and lovers in here rioting. haters will see the word "freeuse" and hate your game by default, and the lovers will see "freeuse" think its in the game, play it, and then be mad it wasn't actually there. again, what you think it means is 1000% percent not what that means. to the vast majority, let alone on this website, freeuse means a 0$ whore, literally "free to use" by anyone.
also, dont label a game as completed if its still expecting updates, that is also not what that means here. being complete means there will be no additional content as the game is in a "complete" state. if you plan on adding more, then you aren't done, and thus the game is not complete. highly recommend getting rid of that tag immediately.
You're right about
free use, technically speaking it’s exactly as you say. But in practice, if you search for “free use” on Pornhub, you'll also find what I mean, which yeah, is actually closer to
ignored. Still, if you can fuck your stepmom at any moment while you're at home, that
is free use, even by your own logic. It doesn’t have to be public or exhibitionist. So it definitely fits.
About the game being “complete”, you’re only partially right. A lot of games keep getting content updates even after they’re finished. Take
Summertime Saga for example. Actually,
every single video game since 2004 has had more content added after launch. Ever heard of
Stardew Valley? Same deal. I don’t make the rules.
As far as I’m concerned, my game
is technically complete. It has everything I wanted in it and it’s a full, standalone experience that can definitely get you off more than once. You can try it yourself and see. I just couldn’t bring myself to call it a “0.1” release when it has 600+ images and a proper ending. And you know why?
Because we all know how it goes around here. You drop a “0.1” with generous content, rack up some Patreons or Subscribestars or whatever, and then start pushing out tiny, laughable updates every two months while slapping a “0.2” on them for no reason.
You think I’m new to this? I’ve been a
player first, only later (and just as a hobby) I became a dev. So yeah, I know the game, and
that’s exactly why I preferred to release something that’s TRULY complete. Maybe not the longest game ever, sure, but one that already delivers real fun
right now.
THEN, LATER, if and when I feel like it, I might ADD new content because I want to, and because I think it could make an already solid product even better.
I hope that’s clear. And I kindly suggest you watch your tone. I’m not your brother, and you’re downloading free games here, so criticism is totally fine, but it should come with a bit of respect.
