I mean, nobody should be surprised what kind of content this game would have when Herba was added to the game. Usually with BBWs like her, comes farting and scat and all sorts of other niche, grotesque fetishes. Somehow, it's all complementary.

It's why I stopped supporting NumericGazer like, three years ago by now. Because while Dealer was a great start and made the project seem like it could have been one of the best femdom games, he slowly started showing his sketches of future characters. After Dealer was Alice, who is bigger than Dealer, but still tolerable. Then he showed a sketch of this other girl who was actually around the MC's height and who was thinner (relative to Alice and Herba at least), and she looked good. Then, he released a sketch of the character now known as Herba and that's when I realized there's going to be a pattern with this game.

I don't really know what NumericGazer's Patreon posts look like now since I'm not subscribed anymore but I'm hoping the next character released will be the sketch of the shorter and thinner girl he showed years ago. If his development is being decided by people who are voting in polls, and farting won that poll like people here are saying, then I suppose there's not much hope after all because those same people are going to vote for and constantly request the same ideas for as long as they have the power to do so, so that the game is best enjoyed for themselves.

People really are missing the fact that the Dev added a "skip fart scene" option

Yeah, he added an option to skip a fart scene when the update was basically to implement that scene. So, there's really no point in that option because people who would skip that scene won't have anything to play and would just need to wait for the next update anyway, which could likely be something else that might need a skip option given how Under The Witch is progressing.

That's quite disappointing if that's the case. Sometimes I feel like I belong to a minority portion of the femdom community. Femdom games usually drive down the extreme road more than I'd like. I can handle some farting though it's not my thing, but more often than not we get scat or castration which is a massive instant turn-off for me. I really hope these extreme contents only take up a fraction of the total content and can be disabled. This game is so good and it would be a real shame to have to drop it.

It would be great if people realised that this content was set to be added since day 1 (at least since the first release). The developer wanted to add this content but waited until it won in the polls, which is set up so that you won't get the same fetish content multiple times in a row. There has already been tons (was tons) of content released and when a single fart scene is added, all of a sudden the game is bad (at least to the kink shamers). The fart content can be turned off and you can still do a version of the scene without farts. The actual fart part of the scene is actually shorter than the parts before it so why complain? The update isn't even just the fart scene, it added another scene that is completely different with it despite some people saying that there was only fart content added.

Too many people don't seem to understand that there is no "the dev is going down a bad road like this dev" since developers are not under your rule, not even their patreons/fanbox supporters. Developers make these games based on their desires, not what is popular or what you think it should be. If us devs really were only interested in making what is the most popular, then there would only ever be vanillia. Let the developer make what they want and enjoy the content you like, ignoreing the content you don't instead of complaining about it.

Now to talk about the actual scene itself, its kinda meh overall. The main thing it has going for it is the visuals of unreal, but other than that the scene just feels off. It doesn't help that the character for the scene isn't the best designed one, but I know that there are probably many who love her. I'll have to check it out again next update to see if it was just because of it being the first time I had seen it or not (the game only runs on a computer I don't use for these games, so I delete it afterwards).

Don't really mean this to take a jab at the dev but the development has been very rocky, the demo had a solid foundation that could have been improved bit by bit but it's looking more and more like feature creep.

That is mainly why I added the (was tons) since that is a big issue currently. Content for the game has taken a nose dive in the amount and quality, no matter what your fetish is. The original demo had both great gameplay and scenes that could have given the game good replay value if expanded upon, but right now the game has less content that really makes it worth the wait or even the large file size. The one issue is that the game had a lot of this content (specficly the free roam type stuff) planned and some stated a long time ago. Even if the demo was not what people expected, this was what the dev wanted to do. This does not at all mean I agree with this though since it could have been more clear(it was hard to tell what the devs plan was from just his explanation back then). But my original post wasn't about the demo's current content selection vs old since the stuff taken out is still there, but removed so that people can do the new stuff without fighting dealer.
If anything, the dev should really flesh out the main core content instead of adding things that have no value right now (ex. Do we need a shop without fights to use the items seriously, do we need all the different free roam animations the character has when they could be put to other places, do we need the giant lake map that we have no real reason to explore). Making a game look pretty does not add much since the people are here for gameplay and/or porn content (which is why the blank space battlefield worked fine in the original demo). These are all just opinons but the dev can do whatever he wants as long as his supporters are getting what they were promised and not getting cheated.

Exactly, which is just one reason why I personally think the battle with Alice should be finshed first and then move on to Herba. This would also allow for content to be more focused instead of jumping between two completely different characters. Voice acting would also probably be easier to manage since the voice actor would only need to record lines in a row instead of constantly being asked for more lines at a later time. The only reason I see as to why both are being developed at the same time would be because the dev does not believe that supporters would continue supporting for just Herba. This could be completely off though, but it is a possabillity. Since Herba is a shop keeper, her content should really only be unlocked based on progression against the witches. I would assume that she would get stale without new content after going back to her again and again to restock, but this might not even be what she is planned for eventually.
