This, the guy is at the very least showing progress at a trackable basis compared to some of the other projects that goes radio silent the guy imo has yet to pull any real moment of burning good will. if it kept the quality of Dealer this shit would get old quickly

At the back of the cave where Herba is, at some point a note will be dropped on the floor.
If you read it, it says the requirements.
You have to spent a certain amount of money buying stuff from her shop and you have to beat Alice in combat at least once.

Here is the full save for Steam version 1.8. It may or may not work for the DLsite version. You are near max level in Version 0 (level 86... the game starts breaking past that) and max level in Version 1. All collections are unlocked. Nearly impossible for any witch to kill you.

Place it in:

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\HerosJourney

Then overwrite anything you may have. Warning I have settings on Very High, if your system can't handle that take out the saves themselves and put them in.

She never got that scene added as in-game in-combat.
It has always been just part of the gallery, very sadly...
