So uh interesting thing I noticed. All the pictures of standing chars like Shiori or such are blue images in Steam edition. While the Fan TL + DLC has them in the game. Yeah definitely liking the Fan TL version better.

Or I could be mis remembering the scene when you first visit shiori.

I downloaded the Fan TL version from here. And applied your patch above. No audio in main menu or ingame.

Edit:
okay So I decided to download the encrypted file version and not decrypted one and installed that over the FanTL / DLC from front page and now I got audio. For some odd reason the decrypted files made audio not work.

That explains the error; the version being used is the encrypted one, since the files are in .rpgmvp format. The decrypted version is for those who want the files in format .png and have decrypted the game to modify it.

TL Patch v1.04 (Fan Translation) + Kagura Uncensor:
MEGA|PIXELDRAIN

Since people have trouble installing the uncensor on the append version of the game. Sound and etc works. You needed to use the encrypted version of the uncensor.
