None at all. doing it a different day and starting the quest at school or chara's house doesn't change anything either.

Could you send me your save(s) via DM so that I can see what you may have done in your playthrough to cause this bug?
I have a glitch where even if I tell her no Frisk will come to be a maid every day so I can't progress her quest
Have you tried telling Frisk to leave while she's in the protag's house working as a maid?
Okay, so the bug is patched for the next update.
That'll take a while though, so here's how to fix this bug in V0.05.2:
- When Chara asks you to accompany her to the mountain, tell her "Not yet".
- Talk to Chara again immediately, select "Talk", and agree to accompany her.

This bug happens (I believe at least) when you revisit the forrest after infecting the wine.
It is patched for the next update, but for the current version, do not enter the forrest after infecting the wine.

Clover locked me in the basement and now i can't leave
The game keep asking me to infect the wine but there's nothing i can infect. also this happens when im curious about talking with clover after the quest said i need to wait a few days for the wine to be fomented but she just drag me down the basement and lock me up

I believe this bug was caused by re-entering the forrest while waiting for the wine to ferment.
I recommend sleeping a few entire days in the bed until you get the notification that the wine has finished fermenting.
