Muffet's baking tutorial is bugged for me. I can make the order, but when I try and give the order to Muffet, I can't interact with her.

This bug should be fixed in a new version of the game.
just redownload it and it'll work.
bug in 7.1: during the serving minigame for progressing clover to control 3(quest "frantic serving"), if you get stopped while near the exit, it sends you outside, but doesn't seem to spawn you at the right spot? as it partially trapped me in the trees along the bottom of the screen below the pub. (i wasn't able to walk up to get back onto the street, but was able to move to the right to free myself by walking until i hit the transition point to go towards the library/hospital and it put me back into the street)
bug: i was somehow able to trigger Asriel's level 2 "study" event in the library while having the plan for chara 4 active? (i also did not have Asriel's XP bar full i was around 45/100)

By study event, do you mean what is required for Asriel's LVL 2 quest?

yea the one that unlocks her titjob, the walkthrough claims it's supposed to require asriel's bar to be full (100 xp), but it triggered without me starting the plan for her level 2
not so sure how i feel about that. especially since it was stated the reason toriel was gone was because she was working on her relationship with asgore.
This glitched out for me as well. Can't progress past this for Muffet's route.

Redownload the game, or set your speed to fast (press N) and clip into there.
The Muffet quest is broken for me; I can't interact with the star after making the order. tried the hotfix and it did not help.
This is a difference in game versions.
Reinstall the game with the download link, it should be fixed in the newest version.
how..... how did this happen???? also for some reason without ever doing anything i had like 18 knowledge, and then after studying once this happened. i had 21 knowledge, i got 3 knowledge at once???? i never used the knowledge cheat, i think, there was a point i spammed cancel on the cheat screen and a loop happened, and i thought nothing changed.
