Yeah, i got the same feeling. The only reason i even beat it is because i cheated myself all the keys & most of the important items (like the golden bikini is obtainable only if you become a dancer) & interractions are either behind quests or obscure mechanics (like futa or stuck in wall that are bound to chests on 2nd floor). Another dissapointing thing is that there's a lack of "freedom", like your inability to become a proper futa on demand (which demon slayer shion does perfectly). Still, character & world design in this game are sublime, the mechanics part is somewhat dissapointing but it's still a #1 game in my list.
Also, if you cant access something it's because it's a) behind a quest or b) it's just a teleport trap location with practically nothing in it, there are at least 3 of them.

Also, it still blows my mind that this is in the game (from the demo) and there are no extra fetish options to pick from (18 in demo, 18 in full game) so I don't know if he missed this or there just were never any new ones added :

GUYS....! HOW DO I GET TO THE CASTLE WALL HIGH PLATFORM TO ENABLE THE LEVER FOR THE BOMB STORAGE.

IVE BEEN GOING AROUND IN CIRCLESSSSS.

i tried it from the lower platform of the east west wing connecting corridor, i tried it from the library's direction? HOW???

You can also give them to the priest on the second floor of the church (unsure what that questline does, haven't fully played the game out yet).

Quick tip for the people who are starting a new game like me (Didn't finish the game, but wanted to play differently).

There is a locked circular door in the lake area, floor 3, that needs two items to be placed.
1st "Defiled Shrine Maiden Statue": In the tutorial, avoid getting killed early, pick it up at end of tutorial.
2nd: On first floor, use the blasting bomb on the secondary broken wall (behind a impure seed statue, in a location with some canals). (Unless you can get a second bomb, I don't know if you can still break the first wall)

EDIT: Someone replied that there is a way to return to tutorial area, going through a path of leech traps in the west part of floor 1, in the location with red enemies, below the photographer escort quest location. This truly is the dark souls of threads.
EDIT2: I've also found a third breakable wall on the first floor, in the location directly northeast of the entrance. Don't know what's behind it, but I suspect you can get more blast bombs at some point?

Maybe some hint about the girl that he is looking for but you can also give him other things to reduce to negotiation skill needed to take hiim with you
