1. As of 1.08 I think no can go there.
2. You can't until you start are new playthrough. Unless you use some 3rd party editor.
3. There's no true ending, rather good endings only. IMO the good endings are the ones where the credits have a hooded person with a child on it. Or you can say the canon/true ending might be the one where the MC didn't get consume by her desires extremely low Lewdness end. My reasoning why this might be the canon/true for her is she enter the dungeon to find her memories and she didn't fall to her desire which is the thing the final part want you to be, reaching the goal and going against the nature are pretty strong events in life.
There's 20 possible endings as of 1.08 which in each run it will be recorded and the star icon on the save will increase each ending you acquire.

That's the other general store I meant the other one on the main street where the entrance of the dungeon, potion station, leotard repair station, and multiple stalls are. The one with two entry point building.

Just talk to him , go sleep with him , Then he will go into the dungeon , go find him ( bottom left of the garden) Just before the bomb gate. it's inside the water
I think I soft-locked myself, so posting it here either to be proven wrong or serve a warning.
After using the Blasting Bomb in the West Wing, I entered the second floor on the route that leads straight to Hegui Village through the idol room. I took the stone idol (locking the path behind me as a result), dropped into Hegui, escaped Hegui, and immediately teleported to the entrance to avoid imminent death (14 HP, no potions). Now, descending to the second floor only leads to Ed, because the path to the stone idol is still locked.
If you take the West Wing route, it seems you HAVE to push through and find a one-way door or something, or else don't take the stone idol.

Yep that's a softlock, happened to me as well. Are you on the latest patch? The developer added a side room in 1.08 to help avoid this, but I don't think it's a perfect solution if you miss the side room before dropping.
I used MTool's NoClip feature to get around the softlock. You're supposed to activate the teleporter trap in the swamp before Returning (which is ironic, because if you do Regulus's questline in the village, he literally tells you to return as soon as it's available).

cloud potion should be in the poisonous swamp where you can't teleport, IIRC its the one guarded by an elite or its just north east of the swamp near its north entrance.

so yea, after you find the boy in the dungeon, then it turn out that the boy was capture by the slaves, then i got myself capture, then i found him and then i hug him because it turn out that he is doppelganger and then i return to the dungeon and once again it turn out that this boy is the real AI, while the doppelganger is gone. now my question is when he was capture will the quest be different if i went to the ride on the cart to mining and went to the lava layer to save him without getting myself capture or the outcome won't be different and what about the real AI. will i meet him again even though mc was spending time with doppelganger

North-NorthEast from the entrance then West, IF the door is still blocking the path. From the entrance South-SouthEast>West>North that should bring you from the East Wing Aquaduct 2 to Castle Wall High Platform.

Currently in 1.08 the fate of the fake Al is sealed to be gone forever even you enter in any entry point the event will playthrough like that. Only two Shota Events in the game as of now.
