Doesn't really do anything, she gives birth and you get an option to have the church raise the kid which raises your chaos level or you can raise it which im guessing that might just give you an ending but im not to sure since I've never picked it. You also get the mother trait which at least as far as I've seen doesn't do anything.

Any walkthrough to get every ending? I only got 3 ending so far max got killed in searching the mc, the mc became lustful witch in forest and the mother ending.

Probably about the fear status which is a debuff some powerful enemies can inflict on MC, causing her to unable to attack for a few turns (still can defend).
You said you're over level 50 already so of course the fear status won't happen. Now it just make it easier to escape the battle.
I never chose this perk so I don't know for sure but it's pretty easy to deduct from playing the game and reading. If you still haven't go to the church basement, go there and read some of the bookshelves, they contain lore stuff and tutorials.

hey guys I played this game in 1.04 version and didn't saw it had patch for 1.08, can you tell what differences are their between this 2 versions? because if there are more scenes then I might just play it again.

in 1.08 lewd imagine don't cover screen after lewd scene ended
and stun got nerfed hard to make sure fast fighter will remain unplayably weak

only fast weapon one because stun in 1.08 only works on living things with head
Damage warrior is still okey and all warriors might be easiest early in the game when most enemies deal physical damage
my current build did this at like level 10

By following the slave owner in the Forrest right? Because I did that and it took me to some gates in the Forrest in front of a carriage and it wouldn't let me in the gates. She keeps saying "it's dangerous". So how do I get into the city?
