Guys, how to get VIP Card dude, the man at swamp bar who's supposed to give me the card are always sleeping when i interact with. any ideas/fix?

My ranking for attributes:

Vitality strongly boost Fatigue efficiency and its the most important resource in this game
Intimidation have almost no value, basic 5 will get you thru everything
Seduction on the other hand is very powerful, a lot of seduction checks are much lower and open same doors as speech checks, game is nearly impossible to play without at least 5 Beauty, however once you have 5 you can sell all the flowers and get to do activities
Dexterity open doors and dodge traps, its not super useful can help you with damage output or holding specific items, it doesn't help with crits or evasion
Strength is required to use a lot of decent armors, but by itself it does very little
Speech is just money skill... once you have Beauty of 5 you will have money, negotiations might be hard without speech and some of the quests are locked behind speed/seductions sometimes only speech however combination of intelligence and Beauty give you bare bones speech to pass some checks and idk maybe just get lucky with ones you can't pass at 100%?

Step by step: (1) At night go to Salon of Entertainment District and ask for job. (2) Talk to the dude at Casino and he mention the man at Swamp Bar. (3) Grab a Fine Wine from Casino and go talk to the man at Swamp Bar. Done.

You can, but on NG+ and if you have special item (just go south from the dungeon entrance in town and you will be prompted to "leave", there you can check out your NG+ options)
Does anybody know how to get inside this? also in general where there are doors and chest behind the counters in other stores? thanksSo its NG+ locked huh? Kind of a shame but cant do anything about it I suppose

you can new game plus at level 1
even better you can new game plus with item that let you keep items for other new game pluses
do couple new game pluses in a row if you like so
