Get Fine Wine from Casino or Gustov room, go inquisition and Visit the Prison, give the man there Fine Wine and he give you a card that unlock the sewer illegal pub shelter (in front of church), there is man inside that help remove the Slave mask.

and at evening tavern underground open

step 1 get poison resistance
step 2 go north and thru the poison

eventually:

• go north
• do lockpick
• sleep
• repeat till you get lucky?

OR:

• go to elder and ask for food
• sleep
• repeat until they let you go

Just wear the anti fear stuff

i found something maybe i can get out but just survive maybe ?/ go north after change map go north again and you find broken bridge just walk on swamp and hope dont die :')

Around 4th Layer, you will need to acquire 2 statues to open a gate for 4th Layer.

VIP is wine I think, you will mostly get the information for what to trade directly from that NPC or the chain questline from the massage parlor.
Pickled Vegies, crafted via increasing camping skill 4 times IIRC
