Go to Shrine Maiden Village and talk to Hilda. If you done her questline then negotiate and choose 4th option, if you haven't done her questline then Plunder her.

You can get Recipe for that potion, if I remember it was guarded by the Red Monster at Venomous Swamp after you exit Hegui Village.
Guys, can you tell me what events there are with the "Sadist" perk? I only found the Cups game where you can bet your body, but I couldn't win it.

you can tell AI to call you master and i also found cups game, but i don't think you can win it at all
i never score it once
and its not relly worth it as reward is just 1000
There's an event in the screenshot where Atra is choking someone with her thighs, but I can't find it. It also seems like there are other similar events, but I can't find them.

You can't win it, after you lose it twice, there will be special option that allow you to win.

Not by choice. Only in the main place on the City where you can find the Inn, and some shops, but not in the other places of that city. But she can walk in shame (covering her body) in other places but she have to go the sewers first and bypass her main prohibitions to don't walk naked in other places.
Even without sadist perk you could also watch a similar event when you refuse to follow what Otto is planning to make with you MC. She'll choke that mf.

why not, just put like 35 point into SPE and you have enough persuasion for all the quest in the game.
