By cheat version you mean the modded game? The modder is waiting for the extended version to be released here, you can download it when it's out here.

The extended version of 0.4.0 has not been leaked yet. And the person who works the multimod in this game is gonna be absent until this weekend, so all we can really do is wait.

That "extended patch" does not work, we'll have to wait for it to be released here.

After this update when we left her you could tell it's getting to a stage for her where it could perhaps be more than just a casual hookup and she has developed something for the MC, this scene was a surprise but a welcome one at that.
