I'll say my bad and admit that I fucked up the math, but you gotta admit, either way it looks bad.
13 or 15? It doesn't matter. 13 months for 400 renders is still bad no matter which way you cut it.
You are not a new developer that is just starting out. You are not just learning to render or code or write the script. You've been at this for years now. You should be pumping out twice or even triple that amount in 6 months or less.
If its a lack of support problem, well, a year plus for 400 renders and 15 minutes is not gonna cut it. If its a perfectionist thing where every render or scene has to be perfect than you need to just accept that there is not such thing as perfect. The artist will always find some fault.
