Last time I checked, if you block the game executable in your firewall (or just disconnect from the internet entirely) so it can't fetch the hashed code, you can enter "ERROR" (without quotes all in caps) as the unlock code for the extra content.

It should work on all the downloaded games from version 0.4 to 11.0, I'm not sure about future versions, knowing the developer, He probably releases version 11.1 tomorrow and removes the fallback code
