Does this game have no sound or did I somehow accidentally fuck up it's ability to have audio by muting it in my sound mixer for as long as I have in one of the previous versions? If it's the second one does anyone know a fix?

I completely agree. At no point has it ever been hinted that the MC has ever smoked, let alone quit smoking. There have been zero signs of it, no "why did I quit smoking again?" or "times like this I could use a smoke." Just up and asks the hotel clerk about cigarettes, and I was confused like... huh?
