Hi again! As I understood, copy the package .RPA (804,018 Kb) for the root folder and i obtain the tool menu.
Now,still without success the main need: extract RPA.

It looks like you may have gotten it exactly backwards. Keep all RPAs in the \game folder. You need to have UnRen in the main folder and run UnRen there. So, this is what you want:

1. Make sure UnRen-forallv8.9.bat is located in the main folder, where MyHappyFamily.exe is found.
2. Put the archive.rpa file back inside the \game folder, where it belongs. This is not the same place as where MyHappyFamily.exe is).
3. Run UnRen-forallv8.9.bat and continue from there.

In other words, you moved the wrong thing. archive.rpa should never have been moved. You should only have moved UnRen-forallv8.9.bat, placing the tool in the top-level folder that your first screenshot shows.

Why are you launching it from the SDK anyway?

I just unren'd and tested Win/Linux and loaded fine.

Not sure why unrening it to play.

That game is built with a nightly SDK build as well.

I also have the same problem I downloaded the compressed version, put in SDK 8.1.2 used unren forall bat. 8.10 and when I "start project" from SDK I get this error:

By the way, some good news. Work on the GUI version of the tool, suspended 9 months ago due to the inability to solve a certain problem, has resumed. There is already a ready-made version, but the release will be after protection against fools, storing settings and some other polishing work.

Tried extracting and decompiling Love Sex and Second Base v23.9.0e with this.
Doesn't seem to be a 100% as while the game can run it has some errors with variables or images, showing error no attribute or demo not defined

Yes, the fix did not work with all engines, probably this is an innovation of version 8, fixed to support older versions.

The second number isn't a decimal value, but a subversion number. It went 8.8, 8.9, then 8.10, 8.11, and so on. The second number should be read as its own integer value rather than as a fraction of a whole number. In program versioning, it's generally done differently from standard mathematics / average person's numerical values. The period / full stop represents a delimiter (separator), but it's not a decimal point.

I edited the unren script to autorun. Options are to delete packages after extraction, covert rpyc to rpy, and to add all scripts except skip (which is annoying to be auto turned on). All command key prompts are disabled just put the script into the game folder and dbl click. No warranty on script and no intention of maintaining it as new versions come available. I use it personally and will only bother to upload a new version if something breaks on my end
