after trying all sorts of games, IMO the type of mechanic like in Karryn's Prison/pre-rework Saria Reclaimed is the best

Don't think they've specifically said anything about Pregnancy yet, but creampies mechanically will actually serve as a heavy debuff for more pure/Priestess characters, while empowering corrupt/Spellcasters/Witches with a more moderate buff in return, so giving some reason to actually both avoid and receive them depending on your character build.

Pregnancy is pretty much the only thing I'd say the game is missing mechanically from what I've seen so far for me to go out and say this is one of my most anticipated h-games based on previews alone, here's hoping we get our hands on something playable in the next 6 months, or that the trailer that is soon to come will reveal more in depth what they're after.
