I'm especially interested by the actual real game style RPG mechanics hinted at in the blogs running up to release. So many RPGM games are "number go up" one dimensional games so it's nice to see that this game looks like there are actual differences in build choices

Karryns prison is shit though.

How can you make a game with a prison as setting and not include sex behind bars?

Imo what makes karryns prison is the sex mechanic and status/progression, the sex mechanic and CG amount/variation

I got hyped after playing Karryn's Prison. I read somewhere on here that this game's gonna be on the same, if not higher level. It's now evident that it's not going to be like that, but still looks like a promising project. Still, even with reservations in mind, this is one of the few threads I'm following on here. Time will tell!

There hasn't really been an H game that's come out recently that looks like it has the same quality as karryn's prison, its all been either shitty AI games or subpar Renpy games.

It looks like a really high quality game and that definitely seems to be rare these days but "Unit 03" has never released a game before and has no affiliation to Karryn's Prison.. I've seen zero indication that the game is anything like Karryn's Prison.

It seems like People are filling in the blanks of what this game will be in their head a little bit...

Temper your expectations man. Karryns Prison is hard to beat in terms of replayability. Yes KP has lots to be desired, but the game has a huge following with lots of mods which also makes the game even more replayable.

This game isnt even out. Only screenshots and small clips of gameplay, which there isnt much to see yet. I hope the dev puts atleast half of what he mentioned in the release of the game. Bcs the stuff he mentioned that he wants in the game is pretty ambitious for an indie RPG game. Lots of systems and interactions. Which takes lots of time to implement.

Honestly I do wish the 3rd level defeat scene is the prisoners putting karryn in a cell and double penetrating across the bars. I'd imagine that wasn't done due to sheer variation in having to draw front and back facing sprites.

Ariadne's Dev? That would be a comeback. Also amazing. That game was peak. From the art alone this one also draws a lot of hype and it actually looks like it might be fun as a GAME rather than yet another "run around, click here, get CG. Also some basic RPG fights for padding and to call it a game".

I'm hyped for this game because of KP, as many others. As an anal only virgin slut enjoyer who isn't into lollis there isn't really a lot to pick and choose from. Nothing comes even close to KP in that regard. Saria Reclaimed was at some point, but that is a tragedy in its own right.

So this one seems to tick all the boxes I am looking for, and that in and of itself is so rare that the hype has enveloped me. And as a bonus it actually looks good. But we shall see next month, hopefully.
