I finally figured it out by examining the game files. You need to borrow money from a loan shark, then sleep, and the next morning the debt collector will tell you that someone recently repaid a debt, and that person is on the second floor of the casino. Honestly, this game really needs a hint system; I can't imagine how I would have figured this out without any guidance.

Still looking for one myself, and on the pure route. Apparently can't go over 50 lewd otherwise pure status is permanently lost which is making it hard as fuck to do anything.
The only probably anal scene I found was with the selling flowers to the guy on the right of the casino on the bench, but the requirement for that scene is 50! anal. How the fuck one gets that is beyond me.

Quick tip - the red barrels will only explode if u walk over them, just hit the attack/confirm button Z from next tile around them and u will safely get the loot

Well overhyped game. It is a solid ~8/10 game, but nothing special. Maybe if the game get some more content it might reach 9-9.5, but it's not even close at the moment.

personally i like it a lot ,9.5/10 for me but i think most of us here are confused because there is a lot of stuff to do with little guidance on how to do it.
as for anal, it was advertised that you could go that route so i assume either the way to do it is a bit too convoluted or you need to atleast experience anal penetration one time for it to open as an option idk.
one thing for sure , this is the best game this year. if no anal really kills it for you ,plz try to look past it.
the game is very special in my opinion and has a lot to offer , i look forward to its future updates.
