I think if this gets more updates it's more justified to compare. I wonder what they will update content wise but I really hope they expand some character questlines.

yeah and I feel it has a lot of potential to updates than KP cuz this game is event based and not all combat H.
KP struggled to add content since adding new "scenes" means adding so much arts with combinations and what not.
But also Rem(programmer) is such a innovator that refuses to do simple updates and need to go for huge ones lol

I've essentially experienced all the core content of this game, playing for about twenty-five hours (though with the help of a trainer/cheat tool). After playing, my impression is that many content events seem unfinished – I even checked the game files and found a lot that clearly wasn't implemented. Some events end very abruptly or feel rushed. The overall experience was still quite good; I'd rate it 8.8 out of 10. I feel they simply didn't have enough development time. Perhaps with another year of polish, the game could have been much more complete. It definitely feels unfinished. If the developers release substantial content updates to fill it out, I believe I could rate it 9.8 out of 10.

I hate when such potential projects are released because devs run out of budget, time.....this is one thing that will and has always limited art's real ability.

They pretty much already announced that they were gonna release updates of the game, perhaps it was a compromise to be able to release it still this year? Who knows, but I agree with you.

I dont know why..but after playing like for 20 hours, I wanted to take a break and ended up starting celesphonia CN mod xDDDD

This game has made me want to play fem protag corruption games again that I wasnt really a fan of

Okay I'll reiterate since everyone on this website flips the lid over the slightest detail; This game not being for me? This ain't twitter, that argument doesn't work we're all here for sexy time games. You lack crucial reading skills my complaints were with it BEING IN JAPANESE HOLDING ME B ACK, I wasn't using an aggregator & feel like it'll be fine once something stable comes out or a translation but since the dev is making DLC for the game what's the point of waiting? My second issue and what made me drop it was how enemies in the dungeon function once they see you, you have 2-4 seconds to get away, run at them for combat or find a level transition to avoid foes, why does this make me upset? Gee I don't like fast as fuck enemies that the game randomly picks & chooses what they can and cannot see through on top of the fact they can ignore ALL of the dangers you have to worry about whilst also CLIPPING THROUGH TERRAIN AND PHYSICAL PROPS. It's bullshit and not fun.

It boggles my mind how some people are giving it almost a 10/10. I think they have a shot at working at IGN and giving all of the COD games a 10/10.

It boggles my mind how some people are giving it almost a 10/10. I think they have a shot at working at IGN and giving all of the COD games a 10/10.

Sunken cost fallacy? Couldn't tell you my dude, just odd seeing arguments like what he gave, misinterpreting what I had issues with to boot. The game got translated, check the main games page (or at least got some updated links).
The game has good art - doesn't mean the game itself is "good" on top of the fact it basically is a CG hunter all of these fuckin' games are.
I may just wait since most people with sanity in this thread had similar impressions like me; Good art but the game is lacking features & possibly QoL features.. maybe once the DLC content and or other updates come out for the game it'll be worth picking up but right now? Meh. I'm still gonna play it now that I can properly select my beginner class because not all of the choices are equal, hell going pure phys as knight wasn't viable by itself I found.

You're not wrong, there is some missing QoL and especially content in certain routes. I also wish more overworld events were present (much like the trap that peter sets you up for) but I guess my love for the atmosphere and scenes in this game outweighed that so I personally had a good time. Completely understandable if people didn't, the maze can get frustrating at times and I was also stuck in lvl 2 and especially in the forest on lvl 3 for a while till I talked with some npcs that gave more hints on what to do.

I've never understood why people always use KP as the measure for rating a game.
Weren't they around from the beginning of KP? Because I remember those days very differently than how they perceive it now. This game has literally only been around for three days, and just like with KP, there's always room for improvement.

I would personally say it's more in style like claire's quest tbh but I agree, KP has been getting updates for a long time after release and this was supposedly getting updated too (in a DLC like fashion) so I'd honestly just wait. I think it has a good foundation though.

Does anyone know how to open the 5th-floor dungeon? It keeps saying sealed away with special power.
And the sister at the church keeps saying I finally reached the 3rd floor, and I have to ask the villager about the path.
But I already killed the boss in the ruin village below, connecting from the forest, and reached the hidden underground city.
What did I miss here?

Also, there is a brainwashing item? But I don't know how or where to get them, I suppose it should be about goblin, but I only get some h scene during combat and normal death warp to safe point.
