I had all available at level 3. Someone a while back said that level 1 for each one gives 100 points and level 3 gives 300 points. You need 900 total points, so I imagine you'd need 3 level 3 characters, if that's accurate.

No specific area, and it seems that its not freezing. The picture is stuck and i still hear the music also i can walk but the picture is stuck. It happens a lot I have to save every second

You need to go back into the room using the door in top right when you're in the room with all of the beds. You might also need to talk to the other girl that went into underworld with you, you can find her in the apartment building.

that is where i stuck then the girl still at the left door and the right door is still sealed

edit: seems like i didnt wake up the right way (i used the goblin to suicide to wake up lol)
another edit: i remember how to wake up lol and it seems like i redo all my works before to i have to do few quest again

I've completed all the girls (Mom & Sis at max, rest of women except Neala at 3). In the Otherworld I keep getting the same "Not Worthy" message. Now I have this bug: Everytime I come back from the "Not Worthy" I can't get rid of Neala and I can't get away from this room nor come back through the portal. What can I do?

Press "Q" to leave the otherworld.

I am not sure if you need to speak with Naela either at the park or at her home to progress with the "not worthy" issue.

I expected there to be changes in the characters' behavior when you reached the final progression. I hope that happens later on, because it doesn't make sense for them to react the same way after the final progression. Also, it would be nice to have replays of the new scenes outside the mirror, just like the others.

To be honest, this last two updates were pretty much "rushed". They just wanted to close this two storylines ASAP due to them being very late to the promised date.

Yes, it works on JoiPlay without issue, however some sections can be quite challenging on phone, specially on Neala's Route

Update
done a lot of generation so far and the struggle is always having 2 or more girls included. Tried doing a lot of threesome scenes but it just wouldn't take no matter the prompts, whether its putting 2girls, 2 girls or describing them by 1 girl etc 2nd girl etc. I'm a big mating press, feet guy, but the problem also is majority I don't get to see the face.

I'm looking to get into generating stuff like this could you link videos to help me install and setup eveything needed?
