Would anybody who's played both versions mind explaining the differences in this remake? ive not played either so im debating which version to download. Is it just art? or are there story, UI, gameplay differences etc.

Is it worth playing both versions if there's significant differences?

Overall they are similar but there are some small story differences too. The art is also different and the MC being "taller". The sex scenes also remain mostly similar but also have their own differences. Most notable thing so far is the content since the OG is complete and thisnone isn't but that's really just a matter of time.
In my opinion playing both isn't a bad idea since they are different enough to be notable tho the OG is slightly rougher.
