Well, I haven't checked out that other mod (pregnancy isn't really my thing), so I'm hoping it's just a matter of variable/switch reassignments.
What I'm working on I dubbed the "Favor Update". It takes the old idea of giving a bonus for enslaving some of the minor girls and expands on it.
Haven't been able to dedicate much time to it because of real life obligations, so it's been a slow and steady process so far.

Sounds awesome so far! I’d be happy to incorporate your ideas into the mod (less work for me always appreciated!) and work with you to finalize and debug aspects. My only nitpick is the “gossiping” amount, maybe lower it to 5 - 10 on a random number chance?
25 just seems way too high.
*Edit*. The option is already in-game to turn off pregnancy right at the start, shouldn’t cause too many problems. My only concern is the switch/variable numbers, SexualPanda reserved some I was going to use for the new babysitting change, and that’s just annoying to go and fix.

Like I said, I hadn't settled on a number yet. I just wanted to give the player a reliable "boost" to help speed up other girls, but maybe something like 10-15 would work as well? It's all a WIP anyway.
For switches, so far I've used 224-233, 662-668, 674, and 681-682. The only variable I used so far was 68. Hopefully most of those don't clash with anything you've done so far, but it's still early enough that I could adjust them without TOO much headache.

The ones in the common events can be changed without problems, it's the ones that activate the impregnation common event you need to watch out for.

Nah, it's the actual switches I was using; it's a simple fix, really. I just hadn't bothered to check before I started making the change (I was still using my version which had the 1900-block completely empty)

NO PROMISES, DAMN IT - and by the by, it's Canada Day today, so I'm off to go get sloshed, high as a kite (it's legal here, bitches!), and then watch my fingers "fing" for a while.
Does anyone have a full save? Mine got corrupted, and when I use a save editor to try and cheat everything I tend to fuck it up and cause glitches that I don't know how to fix.
The kid next to the destination ring in the teleportation room? The one who says "and you're cured" when you talk to him? Doesn't help. I still can't walk around at home upstairs if I teleport there, or downtown at all. I also can't walk up the stairs from the ground floor, either. If there's another debug room, I don't know where it is.
