I agree. It's really annoying when people release dev builds. They're usually filled with bugs (hence why they're dev builds being worked on) and then people get pissy, moan about bugs, berate the dev for making a bad game and generally get a bad impression of the game. Just fucking wait, for fuck sake...
LOL respecting nergals wishes at this point is like saying thank you when someone stops peeing in your face.

Well that's strange...game just fails to open, no error message or anything, just goes to black as if it's opening and then doesn't.
I fully well expect this scenario to happen:
"Man this version is buggy, Nergal has really lost it, why was it released in this state?" *goes on tirades*
Not realizing its not a public release version.

Developers who take ownership of threads understand that private builds may be added to the thread.

Valid point. Thing is, this thread is gonna be filled with zombies once again due to this dev build which is full of bugs. And trust me, those zombies are gonna bash Nergal once more for releasing an "Alpha" of a game that is "supposedly" for patrons to "test" for bugs.

Doesnt matter, the "public release" is gonna have the same, if not more bugs than the alpha, and they wont get fixed for another 6 months
I just wonder if the art trello is real and glassfish is working and working on stuff that's not gonna get used ever (plenty of finished entries that were supposed to be added on .10 are not in the game, and wont be), or if it simply is fake, to make people think there's constant work being done during the massive periods of time inbetween "updates"

A third party shared something (and deleted said post also) not Nergal.
What you're doing is in poor taste and counter productive to this games continued development.
I do not think Glass would endorse something like that. Glass is private about commissions and things in general. It was forever before Glass commented on Nergal leaving ages ago and even then did not want to say anything. Imagine people finding out Glass knew about this and was quiet about it would it not deter people from getting commissions? I have higher faith in Glass than that.
