new minigame gathering hearts for neighbors daughter seems to fail even if you get hearts required.

I could share my save but i does not have mom bj, unlocked.

Note i dont think mom nightvisit bj is in game yet, mc says maybe show but i only get spanked

I wont write whole guide for game, but here is what i did.
1 you need to take picture of Grace at sofa on livingroom(note this is random event and works only when she has no pantiens on)
2 Catch Grage masturbating in her room, evning/afternoon and spy on her in closet.
3 Install ganeras on your room see her on mc computer
4 hiide under computer desk lick pussy.
4.5 do this couple times.
5 Catch Grage masturbating in her room, evning/afternoon and spy on her in closet. (again now afted lick there is bj scene)
6 Get Grage random visit mc at night.
If game where not so buggy it would be good.
