A lot of people were anticipating this game being released, so the translator wanted to get something ready as quick as possible, and for that the people are very thankful.
It's far from perfect, but it was never meant to be. If you want a better translation then you will have to wait until someone willing to do the work, well, does the work. (Or, y'know, be the change you want to see in the world.)
I also hope that the translation gets more polish in the future, but I don't think being hostile to the translators is going to help us get that.

To enter "Senpai gameplay" you must have "all achievement from page 1", after that entering "After mode" you got new option "Ask Aki favourite person"
when select it, you get into "Senpai gameplay"
there are actually 2 option instead of 1 on "Debug Option", normally you can have get only option to skip time.
BUT
when you have all achievement from page 2 you unlock another "Debug Option" which you can control Attention Aversion Excitement and Ejaculate.

How can I achieve the last achievement on page 1? i can only see her at the bus stop in aftermode not the main story
