i packed from the latest comment by the translator. i did this in like 5 minutes of googling, maybe it works for other artemis engine games

save and config files on android are stored in the same folder as root.pfs. the emulator has swipe gestures too, up/down for history and left/right for UI

To enter "Senpai gameplay" you must have "all achievement from page 1", after that entering "After mode" you got new option "Ask Aki favourite person"
when select it, you get into "Senpai gameplay"
when you have all achievement from page 2 you unlock "Debug Option" which you can control Attention Aversion Excitement and Ejaculate.

In rape stage I can't get caught by passengers. Only achievement I can't unlock ???

in rape stage the attention gain are very low because all the passenger are gone, you need to do more violent to get caught, just spamming move faster thingy, don't "Look Around" too, it will decrease all the attention you gain.

Only other game series that comes to mind immediately are the Ranch games, even if that is at times played for laughs.
