Seems like DLSite is getting even more idiotic with the censorship and is now hiding even more categories from non-JP users. Need to use a JP VPN to view anything.

yes it is only 1 char, hence the remake. hopefully south tree make the other remake of if urge to molest
I genuinely don't understand how to use this, I can't find the Exe file that I'm supposed to replace it with, nor the main file where the walkthrough a bit below says it should be...
Why are you expecting a save file to have an exe?
The instructions on that page have nothing to do with the save file. It looks like patching instructions, and redundant ones at that. Just download the game from the first post and replace your save file with the one you downloaded. Although, the game is so short, so you could have just unlocked free mode yourself by this point.
Again this part I don't understand cause when I use the uni extractor I can't revert it back. When I try 7-zip the game just unzips. the Save file is a Tykanosodo_tyranno_sav. and thus I'm specifically stuck at this. You don't unpack the save file at all.
It's a save file. Put it in your save folder.
That's what I'm trying to say, I don't have a save folder anywhere in the App data or otherwise. The save file I DID download is a uni extracted file that I can't understand how to use.

You have the .sav in the right place there. I would maybe try the game on the desktop, some games are sensitive about file location. Other that that no idea why the file wouldn’t load.
