The original Utawarerumono had h-scenes in it, but MoD and MoT both have no h-scenes in any version of them.

What? as far as i know the only changed scene is when a loli was spanked, there was never hentai in this at all. The original Utawarerumono which takes place decades before this game in the timeline DID have hentai in it however. But it was like Fate level hentai, like they tacked it on because they wouldn't be able to make the game otherwise

In very general terms it's the same (characters in much the same condition), but nearly all of the events in the anime are different to a lesser or greater extent to the game, and characters are represented somewhat differently.

You won't get too lost if you just skip to the last game but a number of things might seem confusing or off.
