Sigh.

In the early years (the game is more four years in development), I was pretty sure I'll give Karder a queen from one of the Wenches. it makes sense: he's a ruler, he has no wife, plenty of beautiful women to choose from, add some political reasons... really, no reason not to.

But the devil is in the details.

I haven't touched this game in months, but mad respect for writing such a detailed response to a simple request explaining the developer's point of view, the player's point of view, and the difficulties in getting those to harmonize!

(I guess in some ways it's a lot like a marriage)
