I have completed the game but there are some animations and CGIs I haven't unlocked.

Type 'boss' in the main menu to unlock all anims/cgis for previous levels. If you're missing any for the Boss level, attach a pic of your anim gallery

I am completely lost in the escape level.. i understand its the head placements but im still doing something wrong..

head puzzle 1 - based on the clue on the girl
head puzzle 2 - based on the positions of the dead girls in that room

Just a couple hints from my own experiments. 1. Val can cover 3 spikes, so be sure to place the Geminis on the forth. 2. For the rope room, wait for the roaming noose to float out of the screen before making your move. 3. Distance and slides are the only defense against the shotgun girl while vulnerable.

Use the map to find the circled room. The circled tree should be dropping leaves, kick it a few times...

if its the big green zombie, just keep running, slide when zombies spawn infront of you, you will make it to the door

In fact, it looks like a normal zombie, but it doesn't die, it has super strength and speed.
I've already used 4 clips, 2 grenades, several kicks and... it still doesn't die.

2 rooms before it there's a dead zombie on a spike. You need to blow that spiked zombie.
