From what I've seen so far (haven't finished it), the scenes are mostly implied/partial. It seems like the intent is to put the player in the BF's shoes and blueball you by only hinting at the action. In fact, the scene I stopped on had the BF with his ear pressed to a wall as he listened to the FMC get fucked in the next room.

I should clarify that the BF's route begins after the FMC has already been corrupted and stolen. The normal route contains the FMC's corruption and is immediately followed by the BF's route (probably better to call it "BF's perspective"). However, you have the option to skip directly to the BF's perspective even though it bypasses most of the story.

Also, just an FYI: This game contains BRAP (ie. farting) content, so just be aware of that going in. The little I saw was a bit off-putting, but ended pretty quickly. It was still a weird surprise though, and there might still be more to come...

It's clearly not official spin off. Komori Kei has different type of drawing(or how it called on english), while this game clearly doesn't look like his work. Also you can check developer, which clearly not Ricotta but 03 fantasy(who is that???). I think, that this game is fanmade with clear copypast of fmc + adding their own NTR thing. I would personally skip this. Didnt played Walkure Romanze because it didnt had english(is there even full english update?), but this VN looked pretty nice so... I would have to see one of VN characters to be NTRed
