Okay having quite a few problems with this build. Using spark does nothing and doesn't advance combat, can't seem to advance the main quest in westloc, enemies getting stuck in combat. Not to mention I can't take a step without facing another encounter with the same enemies

Yeah, spark seems to be seriously broken. The one fight I tried it in I got stuck in the battle, unable to do anything after the spell landed. I had to close the game, relaunch, and load my last save.
