Yes, it seems so. I found myself confused at first when the release said + Bonus Skins and only one animation. Later realized it's on the same file.

Really doesn't take much effort to download Avidemux and cut it yourself.

That's really not a good analogy. Every other artist I've seen does separate version clips. It's not hard for them to organize it a bit better.
