RPGM - Veil Wardens [v0.4] [Kiaru]

Excellent game with great art and lots of rape and humiliation for our strong heroine. That she is a slut that actually enjoys most of it makes it even hotter. Also the slave states are a really fun feature. Creating more gameplay and hot scenes out of failing. instead of annoying game overs or non-immersive fade to blacks into restart like nothing happened.

The story is rather cryptic and generic, but also has its problems 2 busty longtime partners members of an adventuring order so far so good. But the main story hook a plague that turns an entire region horny is not properly represented in the hub city. Only mentioned in dialogue. But the great Dynamic between the main characters and her partner make up for it. The Bimbo Elf and the straight woman vampire are simply too lovable.

Really hope the game continues to get updated has great potential.

Boring and tedious.
For now, the balance makes it better to not play.

• Awful stamina system is a step away from a 'survival' game tag and paired with pathetic combat rewards results in case where it is best to avoid all combat, making the much advertised H-combat system under-used;
• auto-play is slower than holding Z, which is the same thing;
• is there or is there not an optional reward for 1st area plant samples, haven't gotten it for clearing everything;
• the usual vendor shops are in fact, just decorative

This is currently a start of a project, not much of a game though.

I'm impressed by this game even though it's still in early development it has lot of potential and interesting game mechanics for example if you loose the battle you must retrieve gear back simple combat pictures are high quality and the animations run smoothly. Overall i recommend trying this game because not only you control one female during combat but two and there are some pretty sexy scenes with the enemies they encounter

EXTREMELY rough around the edges.

Y'know how enemy AI usually chases you in RPGM when it sees you? Yeah, these don't do that. You can finish the content without engaging a single random enemy because they don't fight you unless you click them.

Y'know how a lot of porn games have awkward difficulty balance where they're either too easy or too hard? This one's simultaneously easy but fights take a decent bit of time.

The fights might take a decent bit of time because honestly the only sex content (for the most part) is the main character potentially being grabbed during combat, so the dev probably wanted to give a decent window for this to proc. Nothing really seems to influence this much, it just kinda happens at random, so there's no losing condition or a specific way to fight to make it happen. It just...kinda happens. You're told about a lust system at the start and how this makes the character unable to avoid grabs, but I was getting grabbed regardless, with 100 lust only changing up the scenes a bit.

And that's it really. That's the game. Some basic combat with the occasional sex scene and maybe 2 sex scenes per enemy type, which btw, the game locks off dungeons after you've cleared them, so you can't go back to fight enemies again if you haven't seen their sex scenes.

The dialog during the sex scenes is likewise really basic. You can flip a coin and that's about the odds that she'll be wisecracking one-liners about her situation instead of saying anything remotely sexy.

Beyond that, it's rough around the edges. For example a quest NPC had an indicator above their head, so I clicked them. Nothing. But if I look at them and then hit enter, suddenly it works. Clicking mysteriously doesn't work for some interactions.

Overall it's a game that's just kinda...there. The models are nice. But that's about it, really.

One of the best games I have played recently. The models are excellent, the plot still needs development, but the gameplay is overall more than satisfying. I'm sure the game's gonna be perfect when completed.

I like the girls design and while the game is a mix of rpgm, renpy and a bit of originality it manages to be less boring than rpgm games and more interactive than renpy games. overall better than a lot of games here.

I don't feel like I know more than 2 stars, but I'm giving it 3 because I feel like it can improve. I don't quite like the girl's abs. There are still bugs that are overlapping images with others, covering. I think it can improve, but slowly with the score.

Reminds me of Malise and the machine a little bit. Highly recommend that game, even though it is not technically finished. Alot of the potential with the lose you get fucked genre lol. Base groundwork for the game is in place, just need a little more content/story. All in all game is off to a great start, can't wait to see what the future holds.

Making a review this early in development means that this is not by any means a finished game. This is currently being made, to which we can watch every stage of the way with each update. F95 has a habit of rating unfinished games harshly, as they are not the end product-- and not unfairly, given the amount of abandoned titles during early developments with inactive patreons they had profited from. Kiaru is making Veil Wardens with passion that is quite evident in their work, through creation of custom character models, enemies and world setting. This is a very early review, so please take this review with a great deal of scrutiny with time and updates to come.

This is one of the most unique RPGmaker games that I believe could become an amazing lewd experience with many more updates and variations in enemy attacks. The core concept of what makes this game stand out is the combat CGs. It isn't revolutionary, but familiar and sexy. The game has begun experimenting with lewds in town hubs, like in more famed titles of Kagura Games, OneOne1 titles or even more closely (given the 3D models) to Chronicles of Leridia. Enemies give lewd attacks the lower the stamina, which threshold is seen by the character model changing-- which is seamless as a concept to fighting the enemies.
My only complaint is that the attacks are currently too strong. The solution to this might be more enemies, as oppose to making the game needlessly harder, as it seems enemies do not respawn yet.
Wanting more action is a good sign of a good game.

I give this game 5 stars in hopes more people give attention to this wonderful development that is being freely given on this site, which is obviously being made by someone who appreciates F95 as we do. I hope in a year or two, I can look back on this first review with earnest as to how much content I had to look forward to.
