Royal Summons, which is two major updates (and two years) ago. I'm waiting for the game to reach a decent stable build before I pick this back up, as the developers make a lot of assumptions in their code and change things pretty heavily between updates.
1.0 Beta too soon?

Since the game is basically dead, I sadly see no reason for this mod to be updated.

Ironically, a dead or abandoned game is a far better playground for modders than one that still receives updates. Unfortunately, the devs for this game tend to update about once a year, so it's going to take a while to be sure it's actually dead.

Sorry if this is too old a post to ask something it, but given the mod testing, is it at all possible to inject custom details/events, such as filling in the WIP sex acts at the brothel?
I've been waiting since 2020 for ANY sort of function in game to have a futa worker top me.

It was possible with the version I was modding last time I updated this. I haven't cracked open the latest versions of the game to see how much changed.

Poking this thread (again), does VS-ex have a working version, such as 0.04, and does it work with a working version of VS, such as 2022-10-19? I know both are definitely dusty n' rusty, but they seemed good at the time!
(If anyone can confirm, please cross-version confirm, thanks!)

The last uploaded version here (v0.4) was a working build that was made against the then-current Patreon build available in the game's main thread. I don't remember the specific version of the game at the time, it was just labeled with the update name instead. That was prior to the 2022 builds, and it looks like the specific date I have on the pre-edited jar was from May of 2020.

Duly noted and thank you, looks like I'll have to dig or version edit then

The code doesn't actually have a version check or anything. It's just that adding compiled java makes assumptions about the code it's running alongside, so if you put precompiled classes for one versions of the game into a different version, the resulting combination may not behave as desired.

"It'll run, but run at your own risk, as it's not running as intended, and may do anything at any time, crash corrupt and burn", in effect?

Pretty much, yeah. The good news is that the game updates are...sparse, to put it lightly. So if you can find a build from May of 2020 you probably have the one you need. My first thought it to check the main thread for people who quoted the OP, on the off chance that one of the links is still live.

Sparse is putting it lightly, both VS and VS-EX are utterly abandonned. Good thought though
