Is there any game with similar gameplay to this one but without the ntr/sharing stuff? Or at least only has avoidable defeat stuff?

Try Eiyuu Senki. It's much more vanilla.

Possible Bug (?) did not encounter this on my first save, I did the Tsubame ending and then on my next playthrough I couldn't recruit Tsubaki. I have tried all the different routes and cannot get Tsubaki back, she is just missing from my commander list. Anyone have any ideas?
