my windows defender is freaking killing cant download this but safe to say that i read the dev comment in the previous posts and it is safe but how to bypass the defender do i off the windows defender and dl it or does anyone know how to do it

look up UAC for windows (maybe its too strict for you pc) or turn off windows "app and browser control" or whatever it may be called in english under windows options --> windows-safety --> app & browser control
OR your browser blocks the dl and should give you an option in the "downloads" section to allow the file being downloaded (or rather saved bc it happens after the dl is finished)
Thats at least what firefox is doing for me, right upper corner gets an red ! and there you can chose to delete or allow the file.
